A few useful answers.

Will my images lose quality?

Resizing and cropping change pixels. JPG and WebP also use lossy compression; adjust the quality slider to find your balance. PNG uses lossless compression. Keep your originals.

What happens to transparency and metadata?

PNG and WebP preserve transparent areas. JPG fills them with white. These tools create a new image from browser-decoded pixels; original metadata and animation are not preserved.

Can I use this on my phone?

Yes. Choose photos from your phone, adjust the settings and download each result. Very large images may exceed the memory available on your device.
